Ffxiv unable to download patch files 30413

I received this error on both my PS4 and PC versions of FFXIV. Could not even bring up the launcher. This seems to be a network issue and was solved by unplugging my modem/router, waiting about 30

I tried reinstalling the game this week, and the patcher was constantly crashing at ~400mb in a specific file (don't remember the exact file sorry).

There is no port forwarding required, you don't need to run as admin, or any of that ridiculous stuff you find on Google.
