The NeoGeo Bios goes in zip format in the same folders, as the roms you want to convert to fba. I am not sure, what you mean with the bat file, but if I remember correct, there was a batch file floating through the web, that converts ALL NeoGeo Roms from a mame romset to fba, I think this is what you mean. So when you download a rom like Metal Slug for instance and you click on neo.emu and click load game, find zip file in download folder click it. It says neogeo.zip not found, make sure It's in your ROM directory. Seems like Google has a lot of crap Bios files. when you search neogeo.zip. Anyways make sure your neogeo.zip bios is around 1.5mb not no 133KB bs. Like Rakashazi said make sure you download the roms from Mame section of websites and check compatibility lists.
