I'm trying to get some of the newer mods working for the 1.13 version of the game. However, any mod that I download doesn't appear in the launcher, even though it does say I'm subscribed and the mod does work for the current version. Is anyone else getting this problem? Update: I redownloaded the mods while the Launcher was up. Upon doing so, the mods did appear inside, however they were not Tried to download a couple mods from Steam Workshop. They don't download, I read online most people have to open the game and exit a couple times before the mods appear. I've done that. I've started and exited the game multiple times, logged in and out of Steam. Played EU4 for a couple hours. Nothing, I've even tried restarting my computer. This is nothing to do with Steam Downloader and the API, and everything to do with the publisher of the game not enabling those who don't own the game on Steam to download workshop mods. The API Steam downloader (and similar web pages and tools) uses is a web-based API - it never had anything to do with the game itself. Download all part files (.z01 etc.) as well as Cosmo.zip. Sometimes I am simply told the file does not exist, no matter how many times I download. It does this for all mods. An hour later, they all download fine.
