I'm assuming you're using MO1? Not long ago, an european law forced nexus to change their protocols, idk the details but since then, MO1 has trouble communicating with nexus. Simply unpack Mod Organizer wherever you want and run it. On first startup Mod Organizer will ask you which game to manage unless you placed it inside a game directory. Compatibility The Mod Organizer works with almost any tool I've tried so far. What this means is that they can be made to work on the "virtual" data tree. I have downloaded and installed MO. But when I try to run it I get a pop-up saying that I am missing a file then it ctd. The file is C:\Program Files(x86)\Mod Organizer\profiles\Default\modlist.txt. When I went to check, it was correct. The modlist.txt part wasn't there. Is there a way to get or restore that file so I can use MO? Did I download a faulty copy? Same is happening for Mod Organizer, states "Download Failed, Server Reported", it is based over several mod pages, I believe it is a server issue.
